You will find all of your homework tasks here and their due dates. Please make sure that you keep up to date with homework requirements as they will have different due dates. You can help organise yourself by writing due dates in your diary. This is great practise for secondary school. In 6YC homework is generally due on Fridays, at times there will be only project work to complete and other times subject specific tasks. If you are organised, you should not need to spend any more than 30 minutes a day on homework, sometimes less. It is an expectation that 2 novels are read each term, appropriate to each learner and when completed a book review needs to be handed in. Each member of 6YC should be reading for 10-15minutes each night as a minimum. I also encourage you to read out loud to someone else. This will help you with your oral language. Lastly, try to keep on top of your homework.... remember that organisation and practise is the key to successful learning!
